Generally all orders are processed within 2-4 Business days, from the receipt of your order. Scents not in stock may take up to 10 business days. IF SHIPPING TOTAL IS OVER AND ABOVE THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REIMBURSED TO YOU!

INSURANCE IS ALWAYS AN OPTION FOR YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU WANT INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE ASK FOR IT IN THE COMMENTS BOX AT CHECK OUT. YOU WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY FOR THE EXTRA COST PRIOR TO SHIPPING. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS. You have the right to refuse damaged shipments! Do not accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our company in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. We pack all of our shipments very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your products; however damage during shipping can happen from time to time. We do everything we can prior to shipping to make sure your package will arrive safely without damages. Should you receive a damaged package, you MUST save your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to the carrier, so it is very important that all original packaging materials are saved.

Do not burn candle if container is cracked or broken. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings or any flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4" to ensure even burning and prevent flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains in bottom. Keep out of reach of children and pets. NEVER leave burning candle unattended. Willowberry Candle Co. will not be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind due to the use of our products. It is your responsibility to follow ALL burning instructions carefully.
